Problems Placing an Order

If you are unclear as to how to place and pay for an order, please let us know and we will try assist you. On occasions our website may experience technical difficulties and not be functioning properly. If this is the case and you are online during standard working hours, please call us on 01276 451535 and we can take your order over the phone. Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order in respect of each and every item of the goods within 14 days of the date of delivery of the order to you. To cancel your order you should notify us within that period and then, at your own cost, return the goods to us as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions. The original packaging must be returned in a reasonable condition.

Faulty or damaged goods

We at The Outdoor Toy Company take great care to ensure that all items that we sell are of high quality. Should you be in any way justifiably unhappy with our goods you can, upon giving us an explanation of your complaint, return the goods to us in exchange for a refund of the purchase price provided that each item of the goods is returned in perfect condition ie unused, within ten days of the delivery of the goods to you. Your rights against us shall be limited to your rights to the return of your money. This does not affect your statutory rights

Guarantees

All the goods that we sell carry a minimum one year manufacturer's guarantee. Full details of all guarantees will normally be found with your order, but if not please contact us and we will issue you with the relevant guarantee details.

Delivery

In 2006, 94 % of orders were delivered within 2 working days. You'll see next to each product that we give an indication of delivery time, in most instances this is 1-3 working days, but on a few items such as Table Tennis tables, is 7-10 days. When your order is dispatched, we will endeavour to email or telephone you with a more specific delivery date. Most deliveries take place between 9.00am and 1.00pm, though please note that we are not able to give a firm guarantee of an AM or PM delivery and that deliveries can take place up until 5.00pm

Tracking my Order

Upon dispatch of your order, we will endeavour to send you a link to our carriers website to so that you can track the progress of your order online. Please note that we use various different carriers and that online tracking is not available with all of the carriers that we use. If you cannot track your order online, please call us on 01276 451535 and we will contact the relevant carrier to track your order for you.
