When will my order be delivered?
In 2007, 93 % of orders were delivered within 2 working days. You'll see next to each product that we give an indication of delivery time, in most instances this is 1-3 working days, but on a few items such as Table Tennis tables, is 7-10 days.
When your order is dispatched, we will endeavour to email or telephone you with a more specific delivery date. Most deliveries take place between 9.00am and 1.00pm, though please note that we are not able to give a firm guarantee of an AM or PM delivery and our carriers do deliver up until 5.00pm
Can I specify a date for delivery
If there is a specific date on which you would like your order delivered, please state so when placing your order. We will do our utmost to deliver on the date specified and if we cannot accommodate the date requested we will telephone or email you .If you require a Saturday delivery, please call us on 01276 451535 after placing your order. Please note that Saturday deliveries are not available on all products and incur a surcharge of around £15, depending on the items ordered.
Do I need to be in to receive my order.
You can request to have your order left without signature, or to have the order left with a neighbour. Please specify clearly where you would like your order left or call us on 01276 451535 after having placed your order
Please Note
- All goods are left at your risk - we cannot take responsibility for goods that are subsequently stolen or damaged
- Our overnight carriers, Parcelforce and Nightfreight will always be as accommodating as possible, but as with all carriers are only obligated to leave goods at the front of a house ie in a porch, on the driveway or in a garage. In practice, they will normally leave goods through a side gate or down the side of a house, but depending on the size of the goods and ease of access, this may not always be possible
- Please be as specific as possible as to where you would like the goods left ie specify a house name or number if you would like your order left with neighbours
Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address
Yes you can. You'll see that when you place an order you can enter one address for payment and a separate one for delivery. Please ensure that a phone number is provided for the delivery address ( our carriers like to have one )
Where do you deliver to
We deliver to the UK mainland eg England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to
N Ireland
The Republic of Ireland
The Scottish Isles, IOM nor IOW
Certain Scottish Postcodes incur a surcharge and this will be detailed when you place your order - AB, IV, KA, PH, PA and KW
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
The Outdoor Toy Company take great care to ensure that all items that we sell are of high quality. Should you be in any way justifiably unhappy with our goods you can, upon giving us an explanation of your complaint, return the goods to us in exchange for a refund of the purchase price, provided that each item of the goods is returned in perfect condition ie unused within ten days of the delivery of the goods to you. Your rights against us shall be limited to your rights to the return of your money. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have the right to cancel your order in respect of each and every item of the goods within 14 days of the date of delivery of the order to you. To cancel your order you should notify us within that period and then, at your own cost, return the goods to us as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions. The original packaging must be returned in a reasonable condition.
